This is the recipe I found on the internet that works for me at Thanksgiving time.
2 packages (3 oz. each) raspberry Jell-O (or cranberry if you can find)
1 3/4 C boiling water
1 can cranberry sauce (whole)
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
3/4 C orange juice
1 TBS lemon juice
In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Break up and stir in cranberry sauce. Add pineapple, orange juice and lemon juice. Chill until partially set. Stir in nuts. Pour into an 11-in. x 7-in. dish. Chill until firm.
