Ramen Salad

This is really yummy and light. It tastes great in the summer.

Stir together:
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and cut
- 6-8 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 head Napa Cabbage, cut up (or 1/2 red, 1/2 Napa)
- 1 c. slivered almonds (or peanuts)
- 1/2 c. shelled sunflower seeds
- 2 pkgs. ramen noodles, crumbled

Combine separate mixture:
- 2 season packets from ramen noodles
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 6 tbsp vinegar
- 2/3 c. veg. oil

Stir the seasoning mixture into the cabbage mixture.
